Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior technicians *We are hiring* ***Service Engineer – MEWP*** to join our company in ***Doha, Qatar***. ***Responsibilities:*** * Perform expert level diagnostics, corrective repairs, servicing and preventive maintenance across a diverse fleet of **MEWPs, including Boom Lifts, Scissor Lifts, Telehandlers, Spider Lifts and Truck\-Mounted Lifts**. * Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex hydraulic, mechanical and electrical system faults. * Provide technical guidance, mentorship and support to junior technicians on the floor. * Read and interpret technical schematics, diagrams and engineering drawings to guide repairs. * Prepare detailed service reports and maintain accurate records of work performed. * Liaise with customers professionally, providing clear explanations of technical issues and solutions. * Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of safety and quality. ***Qualifications \& Requirements:*** * **Experience:** Minimum of **3\-5 years** of hands\-on experience as a Service Engineer or Senior Technician specifically with **Aerial Work Platforms (AWP) and Mobile Elevated Work Platforms (MEWPs)**. * **Technical Expertise:** Proven hands\-on experience with major equipment brands such as **Haulotte, JLG, Genie, Komatsu, Palazzani and Bobcat.** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or related field) is required. * ***Candidates must currently be residing in Qatar.*** * ***NOC/Iqama must be transferable.*** ***Required Skills:*** **\-** Strong diagnostic and analytical abilities for complex machinery. **\-** Expertise in maintaining and troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems. **\-** Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical schematics. **\-** Excellent problem\-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges. **\-** Effective communication and reporting skills in English. **\-** Team\-oriented with strong interpersonal skills. **\-** Ability to provide guidance and technical advice to team members.
