We are expanding our technical team and looking for a talented ***Python \& Flutter Developer (with React.js / Next.js experience)*** to join our growing company. ***Responsibilities:*** * Develop and maintain backend systems using Python (Django). * Build and enhance Flutter mobile apps for Android and iOS. * Work on React.js / Next.js web applications when required. * Integrate APIs and manage data between backend, web, and mobile systems. * Collaborate closely with designers and product teams to deliver seamless user experiences. * Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices. ***Requirements:*** * 2\+ years of professional experience in Python and Flutter. * Experience with React.js / Next.js for web development. * Strong knowledge of REST APIs, PostgreSQL/MySQL, and Git. * Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms is a plus. * Experience deploying and maintaining apps on App Store and Play Store preferred. * Must be based in Qatar or hold a transferable RP. * Strong problem\-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. ***Bonus Points:*** * Experience with testing frameworks, code reviews, and continuous integration. * Understanding of secure coding, performance optimization, and clean architecture. * Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and improving team workflows.
