Utilize IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE) extensively **Integration Lead** **Role Description** We are seeking an experienced IT Middleware \& Integration Lead to take full ownership of the design, development, setup, and support of secure and scalable enterprise integration solutions across web, mobile, and core business applications. In this role, you will lead a dedicated middleware team, translate business requirements into robust technical architecture, and manage the complete Service Development Lifecycle. **Key Responsibilities** Architecture \& Delivery: End\-to\-end ownership of the design, development, configuration, and implementation of integration solutions, primarily utilizing IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE). Team Leadership: Manage and upskill the Middleware Team (5 direct, 5 indirect reports), overseeing team administration and training. Technical Design: Translate business requirements into high\-level and low\-level technical architecture documents adhering to industry standards and best practices. Platform Administration: Oversee the setup, configuration, and administration of the IBM ACE platform. Quality \& Governance: Enforce effective Agile SDLC practices, including code reviews, branching strategies, GitOps continuous integration, and estimation methods. **Qualifications \& Requirements** Experience: 12–15 years of hands\-on experience in technical integration, solution architecture, and middleware, ideally within the Banking or BFSI industry. Core Technologies: High proficiency with IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE) (preferred), MQ, and Apache Kafka. Hands\-on development experience in Java technologies (Java, Spring, Hibernate). Architecture \& Patterns: Deep expertise in Microservices architecture, Enterprise Design Patterns, and integration messaging protocols (HTTP, Pub/Sub, Fire \& Forget, Messaging). Modern Integration Tech: Familiarity with Containerization, API Gateways/Mesh, Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and API standards such as Open Banking \& BIAN.
