Summary: This role involves carrying out grit blasting, sand blasting, and painting works while operating relevant equipment and ensuring adherence to safety procedures. Highlights: 1. Opportunity for shipyard and marine experience Communication Internal Communication: Foreman Supporting workers Purpose: To communicate with foreman to carry out the job in a systematic and professional method. To communicate with the people inside the organization. Advantage to communicate with people in the region during work External Communication: N/A Purpose: N/A Occupational Health \& Safety and Environment Accountability: Are accountable for their acts and omissions. Responsibility: To follow agreed safe systems of work; to follow training and instructions; and to report accidents, incidents and near misses. Authority: To stop work if they think the work is unsafe. Minimum Qualification/Experiences/Skills Minimum Qualification/Experiences/Skills Education \& Professional Qualification: Primary school education Experience certificate or vocation training Professional Experience: 2\-3 years of experience in operating grit blasting machines and painting. Shipyard and marine experience will be preferred Geographic Experience: Records of good company work experience Computer Skills: Not required Language Skills: Arabic/ Hindi/ English language knowledge will be an added advantage Market/Industry/Functional Knowledge: Experience certificate from heavy engineering organizations Key Roles \& Responsibilities * To carry out grit blasting, sand blasting and painting works. * To operate jet washing and steam washing equipment. * To operate Man lift equipment and certificate * Ensuring that all works are carried out in a safe manner and in compliance with the divisions Quality Assurance procedures and Quality Manuals. * Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management. * Follow specified systems, processes and procedures, implemented in the workplace, to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and other requirements/standards * Work safely at all times, protecting the health and safety of everyone in the workplace Minimum Qualification/Experiences/Skills Minimum Qualification/Experiences/Skills Education \& Professional Qualification: Primary school education Experience certificate or vocation training Professional Experience: 2\-3 years of experience in operating grit blasting machines and painting.
