Engage in delay analysis and EOT preparation for complex projects Job Summary We are looking for an experienced **Senior Planning Engineer** to join our team in Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and controlling project schedules, tracking progress, identifying delays and risks, and supporting the project team in achieving timely project completion. Key Responsibilities * Develop and maintain project baseline schedules using **Primavera P6**. * Prepare WBS, detailed project schedules, and resource\-loaded programs. * Monitor project progress against approved schedules and identify variances. * Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, **S\-curves, manpower histograms, and KPIs**. * Identify critical path activities and analyze schedule delays. * Develop recovery schedules and mitigation plans when required. * Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, QA/QC, HSE, and subcontractors to collect progress updates. * Monitor subcontractor schedules and performance. * Prepare **Extension of Time (EOT) claims and delay analysis** when required. * Assist with tender schedules and project execution plans. * Participate in project coordination meetings and provide regular planning updates. * Forecast project completion dates and resource requirements. * Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and company procedures. * Maintain accurate project planning records and schedule documentation. Requirements * **Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering** or a related discipline. * **8–12 years of relevant planning experience** in construction or infrastructure projects. * Strong proficiency in **Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office**. * Experience in project scheduling, progress monitoring, and schedule control. * Practical experience in **delay analysis and EOT preparation**. * Good knowledge of construction methodologies and project controls. * Strong analytical, coordination, communication, and problem\-solving skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines. * **Philippines nationality is preferred.** Interested candidates who meet the above requirements can **apply directly through Indeed** or send updated CV to: **hr\_gulfcraft@outlook.com**.
