Comply with all HSE requirements and site safety procedures **Position:** Certified Scaffolder **Number of Vacancies:** 25 **Job Description** The Scaffolder is responsible for erecting, modifying, inspecting, and dismantling scaffolding structures to provide safe access and working platforms for construction and maintenance activities. The role requires strict adherence to company procedures, Qatar Construction Specifications (QCS), and all applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations. **Key Responsibilities** * Erect, modify, and dismantle scaffolding systems in accordance with approved methods and safety standards. * Inspect scaffolding components before use to ensure they are in good condition and fit for service. * Ensure all scaffolds are stable, properly secured, and safe for use before handover. * Install guardrails, toe boards, access ladders, and other safety components as required. * Read and follow scaffolding drawings, work instructions, and supervisor directions. * Maintain good housekeeping in the work area and ensure scaffolding materials are stored safely. * Comply with all HSE requirements, site safety procedures, and permit\-to\-work systems. * Report damaged equipment, unsafe conditions, and incidents immediately to the supervisor. * Perform other duties assigned by the Site Supervisor. **Candidate Requirements** * Minimum **3–5 years of experience** in construction projects. * **Valid Scaffolding Certification** (mandatory). * Good knowledge of **Qatar Construction Specifications (QCS)** and site safety protocols. * Valid **Qatar ID (QID)**. * Must be available to **join immediately**.
