Proactive role with strong emergency response coordination skills Shelter Facility Management Services is seeking a skilled and vigilant **Fire Command Center (FCC) Operator** to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring, operating, and maintaining fire and life safety systems to ensure the safety of occupants, assets, and facilities. This role requires a proactive individual with strong emergency response coordination skills and experience in fire alarm and building management systems. **Key Responsibilities** * Monitor and operate Fire Alarm Control Panels (FACP) and associated fire protection systems. * Observe, investigate, and respond to fire alarms, fault signals, and supervisory conditions. * Monitor smoke detectors, heat detectors, sprinkler systems, manual call points, and other life safety devices. * Maintain continuous surveillance of all fire and life safety systems. * Reset fire alarm panels following incident verification and authorized clearance. * Immediately notify Security, Facility Management teams, and emergency responders upon alarm activation. * Coordinate emergency response and evacuation procedures during fire incidents and emergencies. * Maintain effective communication with Civil Defense and other emergency services when required. * Monitor the status and operation of fire pumps, sprinkler systems, fire doors, emergency lighting, and voice evacuation systems. * Identify system faults and ensure timely escalation to maintenance teams for corrective actions. * Operate and monitor Building Management System (BMS) interfaces related to fire and life safety systems. * Maintain accurate logs, records, incident reports, and operational documentation. * Ensure compliance with company policies, HSE requirements, fire safety regulations, and emergency response procedures. **Requirements** * Diploma, Technical Certification, or equivalent qualification. * Minimum **3–5 years of experience** as a Fire Command Center Operator, Fire Alarm Operator, or similar role within Facilities Management, Commercial Buildings, Hospitals, Hotels, Airports, or Large\-Scale Developments. * Strong knowledge of Fire Alarm Systems, Fire Protection Systems, and Emergency Response Procedures. * Experience operating Fire Alarm Control Panels (FACP), BMS systems, and life safety monitoring systems. * Familiarity with fire pumps, sprinkler systems, smoke control systems, and emergency evacuation systems. * Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions during emergencies. * Strong communication, reporting, and coordination skills. * Good knowledge of health, safety, and fire regulations. * Qatar Civil Defense (QCDD) certification or relevant fire safety certification will be an advantage. * Immediate joiners are preferred. **Apply Now:** recruitment2025doha@gmail.com Work Location: In person
