Description

Summary: Oversee and implement health, safety, and environmental policies, ensuring compliance, conducting assessments, and coordinating emergency responses. Highlights: 1. Implement health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures 2. Ensure compliance with local HSE regulations and safety standards 3. Develop and conduct HSE training and awareness programs * Oversee and implement health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures across mall and retail operations * Ensure compliance with local HSE regulations, company policies, and safety standards * Conduct regular inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits within the property * Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective actions * Develop and conduct HSE training and awareness programs for employees, contractors, and tenants * Coordinate emergency response procedures, evacuation drills, and safety preparedness activities * Monitor contractor and tenant compliance with HSE requirements * Prepare HSE reports, documentation, and records for management review and regulatory purposes * Work closely with operations and facility teams to maintain a safe environment for employees, tenants, and visitors **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health \& Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field * Minimum of 7 years of relevant HSE experience, preferably within mall, retail, or mixed\-use developments * Strong knowledge of local HSE regulations and international safety standards * Relevant HSE certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or OSHA are preferred * Experience in conducting risk assessments, incident investigations, and safety audits * Strong communication, leadership, and problem\-solving skills * Candidates must be locally available or possess GCC experience * Bilingual candidates will be an advantage Pay: Up to QAR10,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
