Provide technical guidance to instrumentation technicians. **Job Title: Instrumentation Supervisor** **Location:Qatar** **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced **Instrumentation Supervisor** to oversee the maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance of instrumentation and control systems within a Facilities Management environment. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Fire Alarm Systems (FAS), Building Management Systems (BMS), SCADA, PLCs, and field instrumentation, along with proven supervisory experience. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance activities for instrumentation and control systems. * Lead troubleshooting and fault diagnosis of Fire Alarm Systems (FAS), Building Management Systems (BMS), SCADA, PLCs, and field instrumentation. * Monitor system performance and ensure compliance with maintenance schedules and service standards. * Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of maintenance activities. * Prepare technical reports, maintenance documentation, and root cause analysis (RCA) reports. * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and permit\-to\-work procedures. * Provide technical guidance and support to instrumentation technicians. Requirements * Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Instrumentation, Electronics, Electrical, Automation, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related discipline. * Minimum **8–12 years** of experience in Instrumentation and Control Systems. * Minimum **3–5 years** of supervisory experience in Facilities Management, commercial buildings, hospitals, airports, universities, utilities, or industrial facilities. * Hands\-on experience with: * Fire Alarm Systems (FAS) * Building Management Systems (BMS) * SCADA \& PLC Systems * Field Instrumentation * Preventive and corrective maintenance * CMMS (SAP, Maximo, CAMS, or equivalent) * Ability to read electrical, instrumentation, and control drawings. * Strong leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills. **Preferred Certifications** * NFPA 72 * Honeywell EBI / Siemens Desigo * Siemens TIA Portal / PLC Training * ISA Instrumentation Certification * NEBOSH or IOSH * CMRP (Preferred) Pay: QAR7,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
