Work collaboratively to achieve daily production goals A **Production Operator** is responsible for operating machinery and equipment on a manufacturing or production line to produce high\-quality products safely and efficiently. This role involves monitoring production processes, performing quality inspections, maintaining a clean work area, and following company procedures to meet production targets. Key Responsibilities * Operate production machines and manufacturing equipment according to standard operating procedures. * Assemble, package, label, or inspect products as required. * Monitor production processes to ensure products meet quality standards. * Perform routine machine checks and report equipment malfunctions to supervisors or maintenance staff. * Maintain accurate production records and complete required documentation. * Follow health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times. * Keep the production area clean, organized, and free from hazards. * Load raw materials and remove finished products from the production line. * Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to achieve daily production goals. * Assist with changeovers, cleaning, and basic preventive maintenance of equipment. * Identify and report quality issues or production delays promptly. Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent preferred. * Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or factory work is an advantage but not always required. * Ability to operate machinery after receiving training. * Basic math and communication skills. * Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately. * Willingness to work shifts, weekends, or overtime when required.
