Deliver toolbox talks, safety inductions, and training to site personnel **About the Role** We are seeking an experienced Safety Engineer to join our project team on a site\-based basis, supporting building construction supervision activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and monitoring health, safety, and environmental practices across the project site, ensuring compliance with Qatar Construction Specifications (QCS), international HSE standards, and client requirements. **Key Responsibilities** * Oversee day\-to\-day site safety operations and enforce compliance with HSE policies and procedures * Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments across building supervision activities * Investigate incidents/near\-misses and prepare corrective action reports * Liaise with site engineers, contractors, and project management to ensure safe working practices * Deliver toolbox talks, safety inductions, and training to site personnel * Maintain safety documentation, permits, and reporting in line with project and regulatory requirements * Support building supervision teams in identifying and mitigating on\-site safety risks **Minimum Requirements** * Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering * Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in safety engineering, with hands\-on building/construction supervision background * UPDA (Ministry) accreditation is required * NEBOSH/IOSH certification preferred * Strong knowledge of Qatar labor law, QCS, and international HSE standards * Prior GCC/Qatar project experience strongly preferred Work Location: In person
