Summary: Seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair various HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety standards. Highlights: 1. Perform preventive & corrective maintenance on diverse HVAC systems. 2. Diagnose & resolve complex HVAC failures and electrical faults. 3. Support commissioning, equipment replacement & emergency breakdown calls. **Key Responsibilities** * Inspect, operate, maintain and troubleshoot HVAC equipment and systems. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance according to approved schedules and checklists. * Maintain split units, package units, ducted units, VRF/VRV systems, AHUs, FCUs, ventilation fans and exhaust systems. * Inspect compressors, motors, blowers, belts, bearings, filters, coils, thermostats, control panels and electrical connections. * Diagnose cooling failures, refrigerant leaks, abnormal noise, vibration, water leakage, airflow issues and electrical faults. * Check refrigerant pressure, operating temperature, electrical current, voltage and system performance. * Carry out refrigerant charging, evacuation, pressure testing and leak testing within the technician’s authorized scope. * Clean and replace filters, coils, drain lines, belts and other serviceable components. * Inspect condensate drainage systems and rectify blockage or water\-leakage issues. * Support testing, commissioning, equipment replacement, shutdown activities and client inspections. * Attend emergency breakdown calls and restore HVAC systems safely and promptly. * Maintain accurate daily inspection logs, maintenance records and service reports. * Ensure proper shift handover, including equipment status, alarms, outstanding defects and required actions. * Follow approved HSE procedures, permit\-to\-work requirements and lockout/tagout practices. **Minimum Requirements** ✅ ITI, vocational certificate or diploma in Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline. ✅ Minimum **5 years of hands\-on HVAC maintenance experience**. ✅ Minimum **2 years of Gulf experience preferred**. ✅ Experience with split, package, ducted, VRF/VRV, AHU and FCU systems. ✅ Knowledge of refrigeration cycles, compressors, electrical controls, thermostats and HVAC control systems. ✅ Ability to read HVAC drawings, wiring diagrams, technical manuals and maintenance schedules. ✅ Ability to use manifold gauges, vacuum pumps, clamp meters, multimeters and leak\-detection equipment. ✅ Knowledge of safe refrigerant handling and environmental requirements. ✅ Willingness to work general, evening or night shifts and attend emergency calls. ✅ Good English communication and basic digital reporting skills. ✅ Valid Qatar driving licence will be an advantage. Candidates with experience in **facilities management, utility substations, commercial buildings, infrastructure projects or 24\-hour critical facilities** will be preferred. Work Location: In person
