We are seeking a highly organized and professional **Executive Secretary/Personal Assistant** to provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to senior management. **1\. Job Summary** The Warehouse Operations Team Lead supervises daily warehouse activities, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, picking, and dispatching of goods. The role manages a team of warehouse staff, ensures compliance with safety standards, and supports continuous improvement in warehouse productivity. **2\. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Warehouse Operations Management** * Lead warehouse staff in daily tasks. * Ensure accurate stock handling and prevent damages. * Monitor warehouse layout for efficient space utilization. **B. Staff Supervision** * Assign tasks and monitor team performance. * Train new team members on SOPs and safety practices. * Conduct daily briefings and ensure productivity targets are met. **C. Inventory Control** * Support cycle counts and stock audits. * Investigate discrepancies and ensure accuracy in system entries. * Coordinate with inventory controllers for stock adjustments. **D. Health, Safety \& Compliance** * Implement and enforce safety policies and housekeeping standards. * Ensure equipment (forklifts, scanners, etc.) is used properly. * Report safety incidents and take corrective actions. **E. Reporting** * Maintain daily activity logs and performance reports. * Update supervisors on operational issues and improvement opportunities. **3\. Qualifications \& Experience** * High school diploma or higher; vocational/technical certification is a plus. * 3–5 years of warehouse experience, with at least 1 year in a team leader role. * Good knowledge of warehouse processes and safety standards. * Experience using WMS/ERP systems. **4\.
