




About the Role We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and detail\-oriented Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, while also providing vital administrative support to ensure smooth day\-to\-day operations. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and welcoming manner Answer and direct phone calls and emails promptly Maintain reception area and meeting rooms Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars Prepare and organize correspondence, reports, and other documents Support various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and mail handling Coordinate office supplies and equipment maintenance Assist management and staff with general administrative support as needed Qualifications Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Professional appearance and positive attitude High school diploma or equivalent required; additional administrative training or certification is a plus \*Preferably Male Candidate Job Type: Full\-time
