As a **Kitchen and Laundry Technician** , you’re not just maintaining the hotel’s physical safety and functionality – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest. * Carryout all maintenance work as per PPM jobs cards. * Maintains level of main gas tanks and routine inspections. * Able to install new equipment when necessary. * Maintains all Kitchen, Refrigeration and Laundry equipment to ensure maximum efficiency. * Maintains walk\-in freezer temperature records as per Municipality requirement * Keeps Kitchen mechanical rooms clean and in good order. * To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned and should be multi\-tasking. * To respond to changes in the (enter function) function as dictated by the industry, company or the Hotel. **What It Takes to Make the Stay** At Hilton, our core values define what it takes to succeed here and guide the qualities we look for in every team member: A passion for spreading the light and warmth of **Hospitality** .
