Summary: This role involves providing comprehensive care and companionship, assisting with daily living, managing medications, ensuring safety, and communicating with medical professionals. Highlights: 1. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients 2. Assist clients with daily living tasks and mobility 3. Manage medications and ensure client safety Job Description: * Tending to clients’ social and emotional needs by joining them in activities and providing companionship * Supporting mobility (helping with walking, transfers or using mobility aids) * Taking clients to their medical appointments or personal errands * Managing medications to ensure clients take doses as prescribed * Assisting with daily living tasks, such as dressing, toileting, bathing, grooming and eating * Identifying and addressing safety issues in the home or facility * Keeping accurate records of care provided * Communicating with medical professionals about client care plans Work Location: In person
