This position is ideal for a technology professional who enjoys solving technical challenges, supporting end users, and maintaining reliable IT systems. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the company's IT infrastructure operates efficiently while delivering excellent technical support to clients and internal users. The ideal candidate is proactive, customer\-focused, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a fast\-paced environment. Key Responsibilities * Provide first\- and second\-level technical support for hardware, software, and network\-related issues. * Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment. * Diagnose and resolve operating system, application, and connectivity problems. * Support Microsoft Windows environments, Microsoft 365, and common business applications. * Configure and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi\-Fi, VPN, and network devices. * Monitor system performance and perform preventive maintenance. * Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls. * Install software updates, security patches, and antivirus solutions. * Document support requests, technical procedures, and resolutions. * Assist with IT projects, equipment deployments, migrations, and system upgrades. * Ensure compliance with company IT policies and cybersecurity best practices. * Provide professional and timely customer service while responding to support requests. Preferred Qualifications * Bachelor's degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. * Previous experience in IT support, help desk, or systems administration. * Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365\. * Experience with Active Directory, networking fundamentals, and hardware troubleshooting. * Familiarity with virtualization technologies and cloud services is an advantage. * Knowledge of firewalls, routers, switches, and wireless networking. * Excellent analytical and problem\-solving skills. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure. * Professional certifications such as CompTIA A\+, Network\+, Microsoft, Cisco (CCNA), or ITIL are considered an advantage.
