Summary: Drawlines Consult is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage commercial aspects of projects, including invoicing, payment applications, and variation orders. Highlights: 1. Utilize SAP system for key commercial tasks Drawlines Consult is looking for Quantity Surveyor for a short\-term assignment. Project Duration: 6months (extendable) Location: Lusail **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 5 \-7 years of experience in construction/commercial management. * Strong knowledge and hands\-on experience in: * **SAP system (Compulsory)** * Subcontractor invoice evaluation and processing * Client invoice preparation and submission * Interim payment applications and certification * Variation Orders (VO) * Maintaining the commercial logs * Familiar with contractual procedures and project commercial administration. * Good communication and coordination skills. **Preferred Skills:** * Experience in construction fit\-out projects, particularly with Contractor /subcontractor. * Knowledge of FIDIC contractual procedures is an advantage. * Able to work in pressure situation.
