This will be discussed with the right candidate** . * Start date: **ASAP.** **Requirements/Qualifications/Competence:** * Hands\-on experience with pipeline coating methods. * Solid understanding of quality control, inspection processes, and health \& safety standards. * Strong organizational, communication, and coordination abilities. * Experience managing third\-party vendors or overseeing construction packages is a plus. * Proficiency in English. **Tasks:** * Manage and coordinate coating operations with external vendors, ensuring compliance with project specs and safety rules. * Track production schedules, identify potential bottlenecks, and take proactive steps to avoid delays. * Serve as the main point of contact between vendors and internal project teams (engineering, planning, quality, logistics, HSE). * Maintain daily production reports, flagging deviations and risks to timelines. * Arrange inspections, audits, and testing with quality teams and clients. * Ensure all coating work is documented accurately, including reporting issues and corrective actions. * Assist in solving technical or operational challenges alongside project engineering and vendor teams.
