Planning, supervising, and optimizing landscaping, irrigation, soil management, and plant health activities. Key Responsibilities Plan and supervise landscape planting, irrigation, and maintenance activities. Assess soil conditions and recommend soil improvement and fertilization programs. Select suitable trees, shrubs, turf, and ornamental plants based on site conditions. Develop irrigation schedules to ensure efficient water usage. Monitor plant health and implement pest, disease, and weed control programs. Provide technical guidance to landscape supervisors, foremen, and maintenance teams. Inspect project sites to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards. Coordinate with project managers, irrigation engineers, and clients. Prepare technical reports, planting schedules, and maintenance plans. Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and workplace safety standards. Support project planning, material selection, and cost optimization. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Engineering, Horticulture, Agronomy, or a related field. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in landscaping, horticulture, irrigation, or agricultural projects. Strong knowledge of plant species, soil science, irrigation systems, fertilizers, and pest management. Ability to read landscape drawings and technical specifications.
