Service Technician (Water Quality Equipment)

Summary: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of Water Quality Equipment, ensuring operational availability and accurate parameter readings. Highlights: 1. Maintain Water Quality Equipment and associated systems 2. Diagnose and clear communication/configuration errors 3. Execute maintenance in compliance with OEM recommendations **Location** : Kahramaa various water pumps station **Duration** : 3 year **Working time** : 8hr/day \& 5 days/week **Job role** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of all Water Quality Equipment(WQE), RCA analyzers, sensors, panels, RTUs, and associated systemsinstalled at KAHRAMAA facilities. * Attend breakdowns, abnormalities, and defects reported by KAHRAMAA within24 hours from notification through email, fax, or phone. * Identify fault severity and execute the required troubleshooting and maintenanceactivities accordingly. * Submit Site Inspection Reports and Corrective Maintenance Reports as per KAHRAMAA standard format for all site defects and maintenance activities. * Replace sensors and equipment components according to OEM/manufacturerguidelines in coordination with KAHRAMAA representatives. * Ensure 100% operational availability of Water Quality Equipment and maintainhealthy parameter readings at local panels, marshalling panels, control panels,and RTUs. * Diagnose and clear communication, configuration, and signal output errors in WQE/RCA analyzers and sensors. * Perform recalibration of affected instruments whenever preventive or corrective maintenance impacts measurement accuracy. * Submit preventive and corrective maintenance reports to KAHRAMAA on the next working day before commencement of daily activities. * Execute maintenance and calibration activities in compliance with OEM recommendations, QCS guidelines, and KAHRAMAA maintenance procedures. * Inspect the condition of WQE panels, panel equipment, cables, glanding, dressing, and terminations; replace unhealthy cables after KAHRAMAA approval. * Install missing tag numbers, identification plates, and panel labels whererequired. * Coordinate with KAHRAMAA Water Laboratory personnel for cross\-verification of water quality parameter readings. * Support installation, dismantling, relocation, and commissioning activities of * WQE/RCA equipment as instructed by KAHRAMAA Engineers. **Qualifications \& Requirements:** * Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation * Training certification from OEM MFG like HATCH/ SIEMENS/OTHER MFG * Minimum experience in maintenance of Water Quality Equipment, analyzers,instrumentation, or industrial control systems. * Knowledge of calibration, troubleshooting, RTU communication systems, analyzers, and industrial instrumentation. * Familiarity with OEM maintenance procedures, QCS standards, and industrial safety practices. * Ability to prepare technical maintenance and calibration reports. * Good communication and coordination skills. * Valid Qatar driving license is preferred.
