Strong analytical, financial modeling, and project management skills **Key Responsibilities** * **Strategy \& Planning:** Develop and implement asset management strategies, policies, and long\-term plans (e.g., 10\-year plans). * **Data Management:** Maintain accurate asset registers, condition data, and performance metrics. * **Risk Management:** Identify asset\-related risks (safety, financial, operational) and develop mitigation strategies. * **Stakeholder Collaboration:** Work with technical teams, finance, leadership, and external bodies to understand needs and report on performance. * **Process Improvement:** Drive adoption of best practices, leverage technology, and enhance asset management maturity. * **Reporting:** Prepare reports and presentations for leadership on asset performance, strategic initiatives, and compliance. **Essential Skills \& Qualifications** * Strong analytical, financial modeling, and project management skills. * Knowledge of asset management frameworks and systems (e.g., SAP, Maximo). * Ability to work cross\-functionally and communicate complex information. * ISO 55001 is preferable Job Type: Full\-time Education: * Bachelor's (Required) Experience: * Asset Planner: 7 years (Required) License/Certification: * ISO 55001 (Required) Location: * Doha (Required) Work Location: In person
