This role works closely with partners, executives, and stakeholders to ensure the business meets its goals and maintains high standards of service and profitability. **Key responsibilities** * Set and execute the company’s strategic direction. * Oversee day\-to\-day operations and improve business efficiency. * Manage budgets, forecasting, and overall financial performance. * Build and maintain strong client, partner, and stakeholder relationships. * Lead, mentor, and coordinate senior teams and department heads. * Identify new business opportunities and support revenue growth. * Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal policies. * Resolve operational issues and support long\-term business stability. **Required qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, Law, or a related field. * Proven leadership experience in a senior management or partnership role. * Strong financial, operational, and strategic planning skills. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship\-building abilities. * Ability to make high\-level decisions and manage multiple priorities. * Knowledge of industry regulations and corporate governance. **Preferred skills** * Strategic thinking and business development. * Team leadership and executive decision\-making. * Financial analysis and budgeting. * Client relationship management. * Risk management and problem\-solving.
