**We’re Hiring! – Civil Foreman (High\-Rise Building)** **Location:** Lusail, Qatar **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise and monitor daily site construction activities for high\-rise projects. * Manage and control manpower to ensure work progress and quality. * Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and site teams for smooth workflow. * Ensure safety and quality standards are strictly followed on site. * Review and interpret **structural and shop drawings** accurately for proper execution. * Prepare daily progress reports and assist in work planning. **Requirements:** * Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent). * Minimum 7 years of experience as a **Civil Foreman**. * Strong knowledge of **structural and finishing works**. * Ability to **read and interpret structural shop drawings**. * Excellent leadership and communication skills. * Strong focus on productivity, quality, and safety.
