Improving operational performance, reducing costs, and increasing productivity **Group Operations Director** **Job Summary:** The Group Operations Director oversees operational performance across all group companies or units, ensuring operational efficiency, standardization of procedures, and achievement of strategic and financial objectives in alignment with the group’s vision. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and implement group-wide operational strategy. * Oversee daily operations across various subsidiaries or branches. * Standardize operational policies and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency. * Improve operational performance, reduce costs, and increase productivity. * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze results, and take corrective actions. * Coordinate with various departments (Finance, Human Resources, Sales, etc.). * Lead senior teams and foster a high-performance culture. * Oversee risk management and ensure compliance with laws and regulations in the UAE. * Manage operational budgets and ensure optimal resource utilization. * Support expansion and growth through process improvement and integration of new companies. * Prepare periodic reports for executive management and the Board of Directors. **Qualifications & Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred). * Minimum 12\-18 years of experience in operations, including 5\-7 years in a group-level leadership role. * Experience managing multi-sector or multi-company operations. * Strong knowledge of the UAE business environment and regulatory framework. * Excellent strategic and leadership skills. * Outstanding analytical and decision-making abilities. * Strong communication and negotiation skills in both Arabic and English. * Ability to manage organizational change and expansion. **Core Competencies:** * Strategic Leadership * Multi-site Operations Management * Performance and Efficiency Improvement * Change Management * Financial Planning * Risk Management **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):** * Achievement of group operational and financial targets * Improvement in operational efficiency and cost reduction * Revenue and profit growth * Compliance and governance level * Customer and partner satisfaction * Success of expansion and development initiatives Salary: QAR٠٫٠٠ per month Work Location: On-site
