Support digital transformation and lead the HR Operations team **HR Operations Director** **Job Summary:** The HR Operations Director is responsible for overseeing all HR operational activities within the organization, including HR systems management, employee lifecycle management, payroll, compliance, and employee services, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to labor laws in the United Arab Emirates. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Lead and manage daily HR Operations. * Oversee the employee lifecycle from recruitment to separation. * Manage HR Information Systems (HRIS) and ensure data accuracy. * Oversee payroll, leave, and benefits in coordination with the Finance team. * Ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws and internal policies. * Improve HR processes and enhance operational efficiency. * Manage Employee Services and respond to employee needs. * Oversee preparation of employment contracts and personnel files. * Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations. * Prepare periodic reports on HR metrics. * Support digital transformation in HR systems and processes. * Lead the HR Operations team and develop their performance. **Qualifications and Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). * Minimum 10\-15 years of HR experience, including at least 5 years in HR Operations. * Strong knowledge of HRIS and payroll management. * In-depth understanding of UAE labor laws. * Strong analytical and organizational skills. * Excellent leadership and management skills. * Proficiency in both Arabic and English. **Core Competencies:** * HR Operations Management * HRIS * Payroll and Benefits Administration * Labor Law Compliance * Process Optimization * Leadership and Team Management **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):** * Accuracy and efficiency of HR administrative operations * Employee service turnaround time * Policy and regulatory compliance rate * HRIS data accuracy * Employee satisfaction with operational services * Reduction of payroll and operational errors Salary: QAR٥٣٬٠٠٠٫٠٠ per month Work Location: On-site
