Supporting digital transformation in HR systems and procedures. **HR Operations Director** **Job Summary:** The HR Operations Director is responsible for overseeing all HR operational activities within the organization, including HR systems management, employee lifecycle management, payroll, compliance, and employee services, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to labor laws in the United Arab Emirates. **Key Responsibilities:** * Leading and managing daily Human Resources (HR) Operations. * Overseeing the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to separation. * Managing Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and ensuring data accuracy. * Overseeing payroll, leave, and benefits in coordination with the Finance team. * Ensuring full compliance with UAE labor laws and internal policies. * Improving HR processes and enhancing operational efficiency. * Managing Employee Services and responding to employee needs. * Overseeing contract preparation and personnel file management. * Coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operations. * Preparing periodic reports on Human Resources metrics (HR Metrics). * Supporting digital transformation in HR systems and procedures. * Leading the HR Operations team and developing their performance. **Qualifications and Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). * Minimum 10–15 years of experience in HR, including at least 5 years in HR Operations. * Strong knowledge of HRIS and payroll management. * In-depth understanding of UAE labor laws. * Strong analytical and organizational skills. * Excellent leadership and management skills. * Fluency in both Arabic and English. **Core Competencies:** * HR Operations Management * HRIS Systems * Payroll and Benefits Administration * Labor Law Compliance * Process Optimization * Leadership and Team Management **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):** * Accuracy and efficiency of HR administrative operations * Employee request service turnaround time * Policy and regulatory compliance rate * HRIS data accuracy * Employee satisfaction with operational services * Reduction in payroll and operational errors Salary: QAR 53,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site
