Building and strengthening relationships with key clients and investors **Managing Partner** **Purpose of the Role:** Leading the firm at the partnership level, achieving strategic growth and profitability, overseeing all operational and commercial activities, enhancing the firm’s position in the Qatari and regional markets, and ensuring business sustainability. **Key Responsibilities:** * Leading the company's vision and overall strategy in partnership with other partners. * Overseeing the firm’s entire operational and financial performance. * Developing and implementing growth and expansion plans in local and regional markets. * Managing and coordinating the work of partners and executive managers. * Building and strengthening relationships with key clients and investors. * Overseeing business development and revenue growth. * Ensuring compliance with internal policies and local regulations in Qatar. * Managing strategic and commercial risks. * Making decisions regarding major investments and significant business opportunities. * Representing the firm at high-level meetings and official events. * Cultivating a performance-driven, transparent, and growth-oriented corporate culture. **Qualifications and Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (MBA or Executive Master’s preferred). * Minimum 15–25 years of senior leadership or business management experience. * Proven experience in partnership or senior executive management roles (Partner / Director / CEO). * Strong track record in business development, growth, and profitability. * Experience in the Qatari or Gulf market is a strong advantage. * Exceptionally strong leadership and strategic thinking skills. * Outstanding negotiation and communication skills. * Ability to manage stakeholder relationships. **Required Skills:** * Partnership-level leadership * Long-term strategic thinking * Business management and commercial growth * Relationship and partnership building * High-impact decision-making * Corporate risk management **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):** * Revenue and profit growth * Expansion of customer base and markets * Partner and key client satisfaction * Achievement of strategic objectives * Business sustainability and market share growth **Working Conditions:** * Full-time position * High-level executive and strategic responsibilities * Frequent travel within and outside Qatar * Representing the firm at high-level official events and meetings Employment Type: Permanent Salary: QAR٥٢٬٠٠٠٫٠٠ per month Work Location: On-site
