Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and visionary **Senior Operations Director** to lead and optimize company operations, oversee strategic initiatives, and ensure organizational success. This role requires a professional with strong expertise in operations management, leadership, and business transformation. The Senior Operations Director will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s operational strategy and driving performance across all departments. Key Responsibilities * Lead and manage daily operations across multiple business units. * Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company objectives. * Oversee budgets, resource allocation, and financial performance. * Ensure compliance with Qatar’s regulatory standards and international best practices. * Collaborate with senior leadership to drive organizational growth and efficiency. * Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives. * Mentor and guide operations teams, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. Qualifications * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. * Minimum 12\+ years of experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. * Proven track record of managing large\-scale operations and driving organizational success. * Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. * Deep understanding of operational frameworks, compliance, and strategic planning. * Ability to thrive in fast\-paced, competitive environments.
