Develop original intellectual property and content franchises **Job Summary** French Manga Studio Creative Media W.L.L. is seeking an experienced Creative Director to lead the development of original manga, animation, illustration, branded content, and digital\-media projects. The successful candidate will define the studio’s creative direction, lead multidisciplinary teams, and ensure that every project delivers strong storytelling, distinctive visuals, and consistent brand quality. **Key Responsibilities** * Define the creative vision for manga, animation, illustration, and digital content * Lead artists, writers, animators, designers, editors, and production teams * Review concepts, scripts, storyboards, character designs, and final creative outputs * Manage creative projects from idea development through production and release * Present concepts and campaigns to clients and senior stakeholders * Maintain consistent visual identity, storytelling quality, and brand standards * Oversee schedules, creative resources, budgets, and project priorities * Develop original intellectual property, characters, and content franchises * Mentor creative team members and support professional development * Monitor media, entertainment, manga, animation, and design trends **Requirements** * Extensive experience in creative direction, animation, manga, illustration, advertising, or digital media * Strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling, art direction, and campaign leadership * Proven experience managing multidisciplinary creative teams * Knowledge of character development, visual storytelling, branding, and content production * Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and project\-management skills * Proficiency in relevant Adobe Creative Cloud or digital\-production tools * Experience in Qatar or the GCC is advantageous * Degree in Fine Arts, Animation, Design, Media, or a related field is preferred **Why Work With Us** * Competitive executive\-level salary * Housing and transportation allowances * Medical insurance and paid annual leave * Performance\-based incentives * Creative freedom and leadership responsibility * Career development and training opportunities * Exposure to original and commercial media projects **About the Company** French Manga Studio Creative Media W.L.L. provides manga, animation, illustration, storytelling, branding, and digital\-content services in Qatar.
