Baker **Salary:** QAR 2,500–3,500 per month **Position:** Full\-Time Responsibilities * Prepare and bake breads, sourdough, pastries, and other bakery products. * Follow recipes and production standards accurately. * Assist with sourdough starter maintenance, fermentation, shaping, proofing, and baking. * Prepare doughs, fillings, and other bakery components. * Maintain consistent quality and presentation. * Support the Head Baker with testing and developing new products. * Monitor baking times, temperatures, and product quality. * Keep the bakery, equipment, and work areas clean and organized. * Follow food safety and hygiene standards. * Assist with stock control and reducing ingredient waste. Requirements * Previous professional bakery experience. (1\-3 Years) * **Experience working with sourdough is required.** * Good knowledge of dough preparation and baking techniques. * Creative and interested in developing new bakery products. * Reliable, organized, and able to work as part of a team. * Willing to learn and improve skills.
