





The Commis 1 – Cold Kitchen assists in preparing salads, sandwiches, canapés, and other cold dishes while maintaining high food quality and hygiene standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare cold dishes as per menu and recipe standards. * Maintain portion control, freshness, and visual presentation. * Ensure food items are properly labeled and stored. * Follow all food hygiene and safety procedures. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cold kitchen section. * Assist senior chefs in food preparation and plating. **Qualifications \& Requirements:** * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in cold kitchen operations. * Strong knowledge of cold food preparation and plating. * Good teamwork and communication skills. * **Locally available in Qatar** with **NOC** and **immediate joining availability**.
