Summary: Seeking a Draftsman to prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings for fine-dining restaurants, cafés, kitchens, and F&B projects, ensuring compliance and coordinating with project teams. Opportunity for site visits and collaboration in a dynamic environment Key Responsibilities * Prepare detailed **2D and 3D drawings** for fine\-dining restaurants, cafés, kitchens, and F\&B projects. * Develop architectural, interior, furniture, kitchen, ceiling, flooring, and MEP coordination drawings. * Prepare shop drawings, layouts, elevations, sections, and detailed construction drawings. * Coordinate with architects, interior designers, contractors, kitchen consultants, and project teams. * Ensure drawings comply with approved designs, project specifications, and relevant standards. * Make revisions based on site requirements and management/consultant comments. * Conduct site visits to verify dimensions and existing conditions when required. * Maintain proper documentation and updated drawing records. * Support the project team with BOQ measurements and technical details when required. Requirements * Diploma/Degree in **Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field**. * Minimum **2–4 years of experience** as a Draftsman, preferably in **fine\-dining restaurants, cafés, hospitality, or F\&B projects**. * Proficiency in **AutoCAD** is essential; knowledge of **SketchUp, Revit, 3D Max, or other design software** is an advantage. * Strong understanding of restaurant layouts, kitchen planning, furniture, finishes, and construction details. * Ability to read and interpret architectural and MEP drawings. * Good attention to detail and accuracy. * Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. * **Qatar/GCC experience is preferred.** Key Skills **AutoCAD \| 2D/3D Drafting \| Restaurant Design \| Interior Fit\-Out \| Kitchen Layout \| Shop Drawings \| Site Coordination \| Technical Drawings \| Space Planning** Application Question(s): * Do you have experience in FNB Sector * Current and expected salary * Only candidates who can join immediately Work Location: In person
