Summary: Seeking an experienced Facilities Management professional with a strong background in mechanical and electrical systems, and expertise in managing operations in the GCC region. Highlights: 1. Fluent in both English and Arabic (written and spoken) 2. Minimum 5 years in Facilities Management, Operations, or Maintenance 3. Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems Language Requirements **Fluent in both English and Arabic (written and spoken) is necessary Education** Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent. **Master's Degree or Diploma is an advantage. Experience** Minimum 5 years of overall experience in Facilities Management, Operations, or Maintenance. **At least 3 years of experience managing similar FM operations/projects within the GCC region.** Experience in educational facilities, commercial buildings, or similar environments is preferred. Technical Competencies **Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including: o Electrical Systems o Control Systems o ELV Systems o Building Management Systems (BMS)** Familiarity with building maintenance standards and regulations applicable in Qatar. **Sound knowledge of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) management systems and regulations. Certifications** KAHRAMAA Grade B Classification (preferred). **QCDD Certified Engineer (preferred).** Any additional FM, HSE, or Maintenance\-related certifications will be an advantage.
