You’ll join the Advisory crew, which delivers essential solutions to support UBS’s global Advisory businesses. Our work includes providing instrument data, performing health checks and calculations, optimizing portfolios, and developing innovative Advisory tools. As part of our development team, you will help design, build, and continuously enhance the Global Risk Analytics \& Calculation Engine (GRACE) for Advisory portfolios **Your expertise** * minimum 5\+ years hands\-on application development experience using Java and Spring preferably in the finance sector * Bachelor’s/master’s degree or equivalent with a focus in software engineering * Proficient in Java 25 and Spring Boot 3\.5 for backend development, including REST API and batch processing * Experience with Angular 20 for modern frontend applications is a plus * Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and deploying applications on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) * Familiarity with Azure PostgreSQL and relational database management * Understanding of GitLab CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and API security best practices * you are curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows.
