




The Female Baker is responsible for overseeing a specific section of the kitchen (such as Baking , pastry, ). She ensures that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and presentation while supporting the smooth operation of the kitchen. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare, cook, and present high\-quality dishes within the designated kitchen section. * Assist in the creation of new menu items and seasonal specials. * Ensure consistent portion sizes, presentation, and taste across all dishes. * Maintain the highest levels of cleanliness and food hygiene standards in compliance with HACCP and company policies. * Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock needs to the Sous Chef or Head Chef. * Train, guide, and supervise Commis Chefs and junior staff in the section. * Manage time efficiently to meet service demands and minimize food wastage. * Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during busy periods. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a professional kitchen. * Culinary diploma or relevant certification is preferred. * Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment. * Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards. * Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills. * Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
