We are seeking a **Civil Engineer** to join our team. **Responsibilities:** * Oversee project follow\-ups and regularly monitor progress against schedule, budget, and quality standards. * Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring timely completion of projects and deliverables. * Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the project which includes addressing technical problems, managing changes, and negotiating with stakeholders. * Conduct site inspections to ensure that construction work aligns with design specifications and regulatory requirements. * Maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and other relevant records. * Provide technical guidance and support throughout the construction phase. * Communicate project status, progress, and any issues to clients, stakeholders, and team members. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a proven track record in handling large\-scale projects. * Preferably with experience in supervising project teams. * UPDA certification is required. * Valid Qatar driving license is mandatory. * Native proficiency in Arabic language is required. * Proficiency in report writing, document preparation, and data analysis, budgeting, engineering software (AutoCAD) and Microsoft Office.
