**Key Responsibilities:** * Oversee day\-to\-day site operations across multiple project sites. * Ensure all construction activities are in accordance with drawings, specifications, and project timelines. * Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers. * Supervise and inspect work on\-site to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. * Monitor progress and prepare daily/weekly site reports. * Resolve site\-related issues and provide technical guidance to teams. * Ensure site documentation and records are properly maintained. * Attend project meetings and provide technical input as required. **Qualifications \& Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field. * Minimum **4–6 years** of site engineering experience in the **construction/general contracting industry**, preferably in Qatar or the GCC. * Strong knowledge of construction methods, site coordination, and local regulations. * Proficient in reading and interpreting drawings and technical documents. * Experience with residential, commercial, or industrial projects is an advantage. * Excellent problem\-solving and communication skills. * Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD; knowledge of MS Project/Primavera is a plus. * Valid Qatar Driving License (preferred). * MMUP/UPDA certification (advantageous).
