**Senior QA/QC Engineer** **Location:** Doha, Qatar **Job Type:** Full\-time, In\-person **Availability:** **Immediate joining required** **Company Overview:** ALGO Systems Qatar is a leading systems integrator with more than 12 years of proven experience in the GCC region, specializing in **Traffic Signal Systems, Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), and Smart City Projects**. We are currently seeking a qualified and detail\-oriented **Senior QA/QC Engineer** to join our growing technical team **immediately** in Doha. **Responsibilities:** * Develop, implement, and maintain the **Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) system** in accordance with company standards and client requirements. * Prepare and update **Inspection \& Test Plans (ITPs)**, **Method Statements**, and **Quality Procedures**. * Conduct regular **site inspections** and ensure all works comply with project specifications and QCS / Ashghal standards. * Monitor and verify **materials, equipment, and workmanship** against approved drawings and specifications. * Manage and maintain QA/QC documentation, including **NCRs, corrective actions, and audit reports**. * Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors regarding QA/QC matters and ensure timely resolution of quality issues. * Lead internal quality audits and participate in external inspections and project reviews. * Support continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and best practices. **Qualifications:** * **Preferred:** Candidates currently residing in **Qatar**. * **Experience:** Minimum **5 years** of experience in QA/QC within **ITS, Traffic Signals, or Electrical/Infrastructure projects**. * Bachelor’s Degree in **Electrical / Civil / Electronics Engineering** or a related discipline. * Excellent knowledge of **Qatar Construction Specifications (QCS)** and **Ashghal / MOI / QF standards.** * **Certifications:** ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor or equivalent certification preferred. * Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and technical reporting ability. * **NOC:** Must be available to transfer sponsorship. * **Language:** Arabic speaker preferred; English fluency required. * **Availability:** Must be able to **join immediately.** Job Type: Full\-time
