This role involves scheduling, monitoring performance, training staff, and ensuring compliance with company policies and health regulations. Key Responsibilities Team supervision – Lead and manage cleaning staff, assign daily tasks, and monitor performance. Scheduling – Prepare duty rosters and ensure adequate staffing for all shifts. Quality control – Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are met. Training – Provide training on cleaning techniques, use of equipment, and safety procedures. Inventory management – Monitor and order cleaning supplies and equipment as needed. Health \& safety compliance – Ensure staff follow safety protocols and comply with local regulations. Reporting – Maintain records of staff attendance, cleaning schedules, and incident reports. Problem resolution – Address staff grievances and resolve issues promptly.
