* Proven minimum 5 years experience in Qatar in civil works, concrete repairs, scanning works, coring, cutting, demolition works. * Experience in demolition and dismantling will be an advantage. * Experience in oil and gas will be an advantage. * Proficiency in report writing, document preparation, and data analysis, engineering software (AutoCAD) and Microsoft Office. * Preferably with experience in supervising several projects. * Ability to make the daily manpower allocation for each project. * Expertise in site supervision, quality control, and workforce management. * Knowledge of local authority regulations, industry standards, and market practices. * Ability to work efficiently under high\-pressure environments. * Prepare daily and weekly work targets. * Allocate manpower and resources based on project requirements. * Identify and request necessary tools and equipment for site activities. * Conduct and attend inspections with consultants. * Raise Work Inspection Requests (WIR) and Material Inspection Requests (MIR) for quality assurance. * Monitor project progress in line with the approved schedule. * Ensure all activities comply with company QHSE policies and objectives. * Available in Qatar * UPDA certification is added advantage. * A valid Qatar driving license is preferred Job Type: Full\-time Pay: QAR3,000\.00 \- QAR6,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Are you okay with a salary range of QAR 3,000 to 6,000 for this job? * Are you readily available to join the company if selected for this position?
