This role requires strong leadership, a hands\-on approach, and a commitment to delivering excellent guest experiences. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead and supervise F\&B team members to ensure smooth daily operations * Maintain high standards of food quality, service, and hygiene * Monitor staff performance, provide coaching, and support professional growth * Assist in scheduling, inventory management, and operational planning * Ensure compliance with all F\&B regulations, including proper **Food Handling Certificates (FHC)** **Requirements:** * Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role in F\&B operations * Valid **QID (own visa) and FHC certificate** * Strong organizational and leadership skills * Ability to handle high\-pressure situations while maintaining service excellence * Commitment to long\-term engagement **Additional Information:** * This is a **long\-term outsourced position**, so commitment is essential * Interviews are expected to be scheduled **this week** * Candidates must be **available to start ASAP** If you are a proactive leader with a passion for F\&B excellence, we want you on our team!
