Providing mentorship and addressing learner queries **Role Description** This is a full time role for a Trainer specializing in MS Excel, Power BI, and Accounting Software. The role involves delivering high\-quality training sessions to learners, designing and customizing course materials, and conducting performance evaluations to gauge understanding and skill development. The Trainer will also provide mentorship, address learner queries, and ensure the training aligns with industry standards and trends. **Qualifications** * Proficiency in MS Excel, including advanced functions, data analysis, and reporting tools * Expertise in Microsoft Power BI, working with dashboards, data modeling, and creating business insights * Strong knowledge of Accounting Software such as QuickBooks, Tally, or similar platforms * Experience in designing and delivering training programs for learners of different levels * Excellent communication, presentation, and teaching skills * Ability to identify and assess training needs and develop suitable curriculum * Proven problem\-solving skills and adaptability to cater to diverse learning styles * A certification in MS Excel, Microsoft Power BI, or relevant accounting software is a plus * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred Job Type: Permanent Pay: QAR35\.00 \- QAR50\.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Work Location: In person
