The candidate will be responsible for tracking labor costs, allocating human resources across projects, and analyzing variances to ensure optimal workforce utilization and reduced operational costs while maintaining productive efficiency. Responsibilities and Duties * Monitor and analyze workforce costs at industrial sites and projects. * Allocate workforce across projects based on actual needs and operational efficiency. * Track working hours, productivity, and direct and indirect labor costs. * Prepare periodic reports on workforce costs and variances. * Analyze discrepancies between actual and planned labor costs. * Coordinate with Human Resources and Project Management to adjust hiring and allocation. * Improve workforce utilization efficiency and reduce cost wastage. * Monitor labor contracts and external contractors. * Support preparation of budgets and forecasts related to workforce costs. * Ensure compliance with labor policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures. * Provide management recommendations to enhance productivity and reduce costs. Required Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Human Resource Management, or Industrial Engineering. * 3–6 years of experience in cost management, human resources, or industrial operations. * Strong knowledge of labor cost management and variance analysis. * Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and ERP systems. * Good understanding of industrial operations and workforce management. * Excellent organizational and communication skills.
