Collaborate with technical teams for solution design and implementation **Business Analyst – SCM** **Job Details:** * **Location:** Qatar (Onsite) * **Contract Duration:** 1 Year (Extendable) * **Joining Date:** Immediate (Maximum Notice Period: 14 Days) * **Monthly CTC:** QAR 22,400 **Job Description:** We are looking for an experienced **Business Analyst – Supply Chain Management (SCM)** to support business process improvement initiatives, requirement analysis, and system enhancement activities. Key Responsibilities: * Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to SCM processes. * Work closely with business users and stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities. * Analyze existing business processes, identify bottlenecks, and recommend solutions. * Support implementation of system enhancements and process improvements. * Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications. * Collaborate with technical teams for solution design and implementation. * Perform testing and validation of delivered solutions. * Support data analysis and reporting activities. * Prepare business documentation including requirements, process flows, and functional documents. * Assist in automation initiatives and digital transformation projects. Required Skills \& Experience: * 5\+ years of experience as a **Business Analyst**. * Strong experience in **Supply Chain Management (SCM) processes**. * Experience in requirement gathering and stakeholder management. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills. * Experience working with ERP systems (Oracle / SAP preferred). * Good understanding of business processes, workflows, and reporting. * Excellent communication and documentation skills. **Interested candidates matching the above criteria can share their updated CVs.** Work Location: In person
