Your responsibilities also encompass assisting the CDP and DCDP in cooking tasks and ensuring the cleanliness of all kitchen stations. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing special meals, regulating oven and equipment temperatures, and ensuring proper portioning, arrangement, and garnishing of food items. · A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role. · Prior experience in a Commis II or Commis III role, preferably within a fine dining standalone restaurant. · Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written (fluent in English preferred). · Ability to work under pressure for extended hours in a heated kitchen environment. · Demonstrated ambition to succeed. · Willingness to work diligently and acquire comprehensive knowledge during the period of employment. · Collaborative mindset to assist the kitchen team in maintaining and enhancing quality, standards, and cleanliness as directed by the chef. · Flexibility to work the required hours and perform tasks assigned by the Sous Chef.
