A Food \& Beverage Server is responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for guests. This role requires attentiveness, professionalism, and efficiency in a fast\-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities:** * Greet guests warmly and provide menus. * Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar. * Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner. * Provide recommendations on menu items and answer customer questions. * Ensure all guests’ needs are met, including refills and special requests. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and service areas. * Process payments and handle cash or card transactions. * Collaborate with kitchen staff and other servers to ensure smooth service. * Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations. **Skills and Qualifications:** * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. * Basic math skills for handling bills and transactions. * Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor. * Knowledge of food and beverage menus and pairings (preferred). * Prior experience in hospitality or customer service (preferred).
