Coordinate with government authorities for HR-related procedures **Location:** Qatar **Employment Type:** Full\-time Job Summary We are seeking an experienced **HR Specialist** to support our HR and administration functions. The ideal candidate will have at least **3 years of HR experience in Qatar** and a good understanding of Qatar Labour Law, government procedures, employee documentation, and HR administration. Key Responsibilities * Manage employee onboarding, contracts, and personnel files. * Process and monitor work\-related documents, including visas, QIDs, labour\-related documentation, and renewals. * Coordinate with the Ministry of Labour, Ministry of Interior (MOI), and other government authorities for HR\-related procedures. * Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with Qatar Labour Law. * Monitor attendance, leave records, and probation periods. * Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation. * Support the annual performance appraisal process. * Prepare HR letters, reports, and other documentation. * Ensure timely renewal of employee documents and maintain confidentiality. Requirements * Minimum **5 years of HR experience**. * Good knowledge of **Qatar Labour Law**. * Experience handling Ministry of Labour and MOI procedures. * Familiarity with work visas, QIDs, employment documentation, and renewals. * Strong organisational and communication skills. * Proficient in Microsoft Office. * Arabic language skills are an advantage.
