At Thinky Creative Agency, you'll gain hands\-on experience working alongside our marketing, creative, and production teams on real projects, not just observe from the sidelines. What You'll Do * Assist with client account management and project coordination. * Support content planning and creative brainstorming. * Create social media content and write captions. * Support photo and video productions. * Participate in content creation and production planning. * Conduct market and competitor research. * Assist with administrative and day\-to\-day agency operations. * Learn how marketing campaigns are planned, executed, and optimized. What We're Looking For * Fluent in **English and Arabic** (spoken and written). * Passion for marketing, social media, and creative work. * Organized, proactive, and eager to learn. * Comfortable working independently and as part of a team. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. * Canva skills are preferred. * **CapCut or basic video editing skills are a bonus.** * **Camera\-ready and confident appearing on camera as part of content creation.** * Students, graduates, or anyone looking to gain practical agency experience are welcome to apply. Working Style This internship offers flexibility, but flexibility comes with responsibility. Some days focus on planning, meetings, research, and administrative work. Other days you'll be involved in content production, brainstorming sessions, and creative projects. No two days are the same. **Part\-time applications are welcome**, provided you can commit to the agreed working schedule and responsibilities.
