Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams We are seeking a skilled **MEP Estimator with a strong electrical background**. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across various construction and infrastructure projects. **Key Responsibilities:** * Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents for MEP works, with a focus on electrical systems. * Prepare detailed cost estimates, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and material take\-offs. * Analyze project scope to identify risks, gaps, and value engineering opportunities. * Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations. * Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams. * Support bid submissions, budgeting, and cost control activities. * Maintain and update estimation databases and cost benchmarks. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. * Proven experience in MEP estimation. * Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and materials. * Proficiency in estimation software and MS Excel. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specific Education: * Bachelor's (Required) Experience: * MEP Estimator (Electrical): 4 years (Required) Location: * Doha (Required) Work Location: In person
