Summary: Seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage costs, estimates, and contracts for road and infrastructure projects, ensuring financial control and project delivery. Highlights: 1. Manage detailed quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and BOQs for infrastructure. 2. Monitor project costs, budgets, and cash flow for financial control. 3. Evaluate contractor claims and manage contract administration activities. * Prepare detailed quantity take\-offs, cost estimates, and BOQs for road and infrastructure projects. * Monitor project costs, budgets, variations, and cash flow to ensure financial control throughout the project lifecycle. * Evaluate contractor claims, prepare interim payment certificates, and manage contract administration activities. * Conduct quantity measurements and verify executed work in compliance with project specifications and contract requirements. * Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to support cost\-effective project delivery. * Candidates must have proven experience in roads, highways, bridges, or infrastructure projects with strong knowledge of quantity surveying practices and contracts.
